General Information

Fascia was defined at the First Fascia Research Congress as "the soft-tissue component of the connective tissue system that permeates the human body, forming a whole-body continuous three-dimensional matrix of structural support. It interpenetrates and surrounds all organs, muscles, bones, nerve fibers and vasculature, creating a unique environment for body systems functioning.

The Italian Fascial Manipulation, an innovative assessment and diagnosis system, proposes a biomechanical model of the human body and a new anatomical area division, which defines the human body into 14 segments according to the spatial direction and simplifies movement, for medical treatment and rehabilitation. The leading concept from the motor unit to the myofascial unit, develops a special evaluation scale and a complete system of evaluation standard.

There are 4 levels in general:

Level I – Hybrid course(15 hours recorded online lecture+4 days onsite)

Level I focuses on anatomy, physiology, biomechanical model, evaluation and treatment. 6 myofascial sequences and points termed Centers of Coordination closely related to various dysfunctions of the locomotor system will be introduced. You’ll be able to evaluate common musculoskeletal dysfunctions such as cervicalgia, shoulder pain, back pain, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, ankle insatiability, acute and chronic pain etc. Completion of level one allows access to level 2.

Level II Hybrid course(15 hours recorded online lecture+4 days onsite)

Based on Level 1, The second level deals with the anatomy and function of the fascial retinacula that is responsible for complex movements, Evaluation and treatment of these complex movements require knowledge of additional areas known as Centers of Fusion. 4 diagonals and spirals will be introduced. At the end of the course the participants will be able to improve their reasoning ability, and to treat musculoskeletal dysfunctions. The completion of the second level course allows access to the third level course.

Level 3 – 5 days（Onsite）

In the the third level, you’ll learn the anatomy, physiology and histology of internal fascia. New concepts of organ fascia unit and the three internal fascia sequences: visceral sequence, vascular sequence and glandular sequence. In level 3, we’ll be able to improve internal dysfunction by treating points on the the locomotor system, including dysmenorrhea, bloating, diarrhea, insomnia, postpartum related pain etc.    

Level 4 – 4 days（Onsite）

Level 4 emphasizes more on superficial fascia treatment and global treatment. We’ll see the the anatomy and physiology of superficial fascia and the treatment of superficial fascia related dysfunctions. New concepts of quadrants and system will be introduced. Including the lymphatic immune system, adipose metabolic system, dermo-thermoregulation system and neuropsychological system. Learning Level 4 will complete your knowledge and understanding of fascia manipulation, and to treat superficial fascia related dysfunctions like edema, allergies, autoimmune dysfunction, immune deficiency，dermatitis etc.

意大利筋膜手法簡(jiǎn)介

筋膜是人體最大的器官和最大的本體感覺(jué)系統(tǒng)，也是產(chǎn)生的疼痛組織。筋膜在第一屆筋膜研究大會(huì)中被定義為：在整個(gè)人體中呈連續(xù)性的三維立體結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)締組織，貫穿和包裹在所有器官、肌肉、骨骼、神經(jīng)纖維和血管中，由疏松結(jié)締組織和致密結(jié)締組織組成，為人體功能系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)建了一個(gè)獨(dú)特的環(huán)境。

意大利筋膜手法是一個(gè)全新的評(píng)估——治療體系，創(chuàng)造性地提出了人體生物力學(xué)模型——全新解剖區(qū)域劃分，將人體分成14個(gè)節(jié)段，按空間方向進(jìn)行定義，將運(yùn)動(dòng)簡(jiǎn)化，從運(yùn)動(dòng)單元到肌筋膜單元的概念進(jìn)化，具有專(zhuān)門(mén)的評(píng)估量表以及完整系統(tǒng)的評(píng)估思路。

意大利筋膜手法共分為四個(gè)階段學(xué)習(xí)（Level1-Level4）：

1. Level 1混合課程（15小時(shí)線(xiàn)上錄播課程+4天線(xiàn)下課程）

學(xué)習(xí)筋膜的解剖學(xué)、生理學(xué)、生物力學(xué)模型、評(píng)估與治療，介紹6條肌筋膜序列和協(xié)調(diào)中心CC點(diǎn)，學(xué)完可了解大部分肌骨疼痛問(wèn)題的治療思路：如常見(jiàn)頸肩腰腿疼痛、網(wǎng)球肘、腕管綜合征、下背痛、坐骨神經(jīng)痛、足底筋膜炎、踝關(guān)節(jié)不穩(wěn)、急慢性疼痛等。Level 1 學(xué)習(xí)完成后可進(jìn)階Level 2 課程學(xué)習(xí)。

2. Level 2混合課程（15小時(shí)線(xiàn)上錄播課程+4天線(xiàn)下課程）

在level 1的基礎(chǔ)上，Level 2的學(xué)習(xí)將主要集中于負(fù)責(zé)復(fù)雜運(yùn)動(dòng)的筋膜支持帶，評(píng)估和治療復(fù)雜運(yùn)動(dòng)功能障礙需要學(xué)習(xí)新的融合中心CF點(diǎn)概念，并學(xué)習(xí)4條對(duì)角線(xiàn)和螺旋鏈，拓展治療思路，學(xué)習(xí)完成后可針對(duì)肌骨疼痛問(wèn)題做出思路判斷，形成治療方案。Level 2學(xué)習(xí)完成后可進(jìn)行Level 3學(xué)習(xí)。

3. Level 3課程（4天線(xiàn)下）

Level 3 課程將介紹內(nèi)臟筋膜的解剖、生理、組織學(xué)特點(diǎn),了解“器官-筋膜單元”和“三大內(nèi)臟筋膜序列——臟器序列、管性序列、腺體序列”,通過(guò)施治體表，改善內(nèi)部臟器功能障礙，例如痛經(jīng)、胃脹、腹瀉、失眠、產(chǎn)后相關(guān)疼痛。

4. Level 4課程（4天線(xiàn)下）

Level4主要集中于淺筋膜和系統(tǒng)治療，深入探索淺筋膜解剖與生理學(xué)，以及與淺筋膜相關(guān)功能障礙的治療，學(xué)習(xí)淺筋膜象限和系統(tǒng)兩大概念，包括淋巴免疫系統(tǒng)、脂肪代謝系統(tǒng)、皮膚溫感系統(tǒng)、神經(jīng)精神系統(tǒng)的理論概論與實(shí)操，進(jìn)一步深化對(duì)于筋膜手法的學(xué)習(xí)與理解，治療淺筋膜相關(guān)功能障礙，例如水腫、過(guò)敏性反應(yīng)，自主免疫功能障礙,免疫缺陷，皮炎等
